HR Leadership Weekly is an industry-intelligence publication for the people who set workforce strategy — CHROs, VPs of People, and the analysts and operators who brief them. We publish for readers who need to understand a shift before it reaches their board papers.
What we cover
Three beats: HR technology and the platforms behind it, workforce strategy and the labour-market data that shapes it, and the regulatory and compliance changes that constrain both. We follow the money and the mechanics rather than the announcements.
Editorial standards
- Sources are named and dated. Where a figure comes from a survey, we state the population and the sample size. Where a vendor supplied it, we say so in the sentence, not in a footnote.
- Measured, reported and derived are different words. Measured means we did the analysis. Reported means someone else did and we are citing them. Derived means we calculated it from named inputs.
- We publish what we could not verify. An unanswered question is more useful to a reader than a confident gap-filler.
- No paid coverage. No vendor buys placement, ranking or review, and no coverage decision is made on commercial grounds.
Corrections
When we are wrong, the correction sits at the top of the piece with the date and what changed. Silent edits defeat the point of publishing a standard at all. Corrections and challenges are welcome and are handled by the editor.
How this publication is produced
Research, drafting and production are AI-assisted under editorial direction. Every published piece is expected to meet the standards above, and where it does not, the correction process applies. We say this plainly because a reader is entitled to know how what they are reading was made.
